Candidate Responsibilities:
Enhance the web interface of the Java Spring framework-based Self Service Portal for Event Management by developing new capabilities and APIs.
Create integrations using the ServiceNow API for Event management and broader Service management products.
Support the development of automation, APIs, and self-service by supporting the automation of manual operations connected to Event management products from Interlink ASI and BMC True Sight Operations Management (TSOM).
