Support application design

Develop functional/process document

Build, test, and deliver solutions

Functional specification creation

Responsible for Functional Unit Testing

Test Data Creation & Test scripts creation and execution

Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations Skills Required

Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

Reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.

Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, SAP, etc.)Excellent reporting skills involving MS Excel—high-end reporting Preferred
